Investment Management Services
Thank you for your interest in our Investment Management services.
What we do.
We provide advice to manage personal finances, small business finances and investment management. We also may provide financial products from time to time if it is in the best interest of our clients.
As Certified Financial Planners, we offer comprehensive financial advice and work in the areas of Financial Planning, Investment Management, Income Products (Annuities, REITs,Income Products) and Protection from catastrophic financial events (Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance,). Every client is different and we work to understand the needs and goals of each client and how to work with each client in the best way for them to succeed.
Since we offer comprehensive financial advice, before we can manage investments for a client, we have to assure that the client understands different risks associated with different investments and that the client has a stable financial foundation before investing.
We begin by discussing, identifying and prioritizing our client’s financial needs and goals.
When we help clients identify and prioritize their needs and goals, we are able to set the stage for successful planning and investing. Needs and goals for saving and investing may include college savings, retirement savings, major purchases and of course emergency cash reserves.
After the needs and goals are established
We will organize your financial information (data) into a Net Worth Statement .
Then we turn our attention to Investing to match your risk and return needs
- It is important to us that the client understands investing.
- We will work to educate our clients on the best ways to invest to meet their goals.
- We will create recommendations based on the clients’ risk return profiles and their comfort
in investing in different investments.
- We will provide assessment and advice for savings and investment accounts including your
401(k) or other retirement accounts.
We will meet regularly to review the investments and adjust or change as market conditions or other
financial factors occur that may affect investments.
Costs, expenses and fees
We offer an initial consultation at no cost or obligation. We are flexible on how we charge for our investment service and/or advice. We may charge a one time fee to hold meeting(s) with clients to gather the information to understand the clients financial situation, educate them on investing and create an original recommendation. We may charge an annual fee to monitor and manage the investments and communicate with the client and respond to changes in the client’s situation and different events or economic or market changes. Our Custodian Charles Schwab may charge transaction fees (currently usually between $4.95 and $12.95 per equity transaction) for buying and selling investments in a clients’ account. If we invest in funds, each fund may have fees and expenses. These fees and expenses will always be fully disclosed and easily available by using the internet or contacting the fund companies or various other public communications methods.
